Parent-owned accounts only. No kid-owned data. No child personal information collected. We interpret COPPA at maximum restriction even where the law allows more permissive interpretation.

Parents and Penny curate. No ML-based recommendations for kids. The Right Now engine matches context to content โ it does not build behavioral profiles or recommend based on past usage patterns.
๐ One Brand, Three Age Tiers
Little Reef (2โ7) ยท Reef Crew (7โ12) ยท Reef Plus (13โ17). The brand is consistent across all three. Content is age-tiered โ the product is not segmented into separate products by age.
๐ก Penny's Voice Is Permission-Giving
Content describes moments. It does not diagnose parents. Penny never lectures, never pathologizes normal behavior, never implies a parent is doing it wrong. Her voice gives permission โ it doesn't prescribe.

Email to parent account only. No marketing to children. No push notifications to kids. Parent controls all notification preferences.

No data sold. No third-party advertising. No behavioral profiling. Parents can export or delete all family data on request.

Right Now matching is context-based, not behavior-based. The system matches the moment โ it does not track what the kid responds to and optimize toward it.
