Gate rule: Nothing moves to Published without both Penny Approved ✓ AND COPPA Reviewed ✓ checked in the library. Jamie confirms final Approved status.

Script approved. In Suno or with producer. Files named per convention.
🔍 Review
Penny + Jamie both listen. COPPA check. File archived to master folder.
✅ Approved
Both boxes checked. Jamie marks Approved. Ready to publish.
🚀 Published
Live in app. Launch Wave noted. Files copied to _PUBLISHED.
📦 Retired
Removed from active library. Record preserved forever.
Who Does What
