Content Production
Content Intake Form
Submit new content ideas, drafts, or completed pieces for the Reef Remix library. Every submission goes directly into the Content Library spreadsheet.
📝 Ready to submit a piece?
The form has three paths depending on what you're building. Pick the one that matches your intent and fill in what you have — nothing is required beyond a title and description at the Idea stage.

Three Submission Paths
🎯
Solve a Moment
Full intake · 35 questions
You have a specific parenting scenario in mind. The full funnel — all 8 dimension tags, moment context, emotional direction, BPM, Suno prompt, art direction, deck tags, and production details. This is the main path for most submissions.
🎵
Just Browsing
Vibe / fun path · 14 questions
Building content for discovery, play, and delight — no specific goal required. Daily affirmations, silly games, rainy day crafts. Just mood, age, genre, and description. Short and fast.
🗂️
Build a Deck
Planning mode · 10 questions
Planning a themed cluster of content for a specific family moment. Submit the deck concept here first — describe the arc and the slots needed — then submit each individual piece separately with the deck tag filled in.

🎵 Suno Tips
1
Grab the BPM
Suno shows exact BPM after generating — copy it into the form's BPM Actual field immediately.
2
Download immediately
Name the MP3 per convention before saving anywhere. Suno projects expire without warning.
3
Save the style prompt
Paste the exact style prompt into the form's Suno field. That's your permanent production record.
🎨 Art Direction Tips
Every piece eventually needs a card image. Use the form's art section to brief the visual — even if no art exists yet.
Describe the scene specifically: which character, what expression, what's happening, what colour leads. "Cranky holding a toothbrush looking disgusted, neon pink background" is better than "Cranky with teeth."
Match the art style to the Mood tag — Silly/Funny content gets bright and chaotic, Soothing/Calm gets ocean blues and soft shapes.
One form submission = one piece of content. If you have a deck idea with 5 pieces, use Path C to submit the deck concept first, then submit each individual piece separately with the deck tag filled in. Don't try to describe multiple pieces in a single response.
